Founded in 1957, Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore (CPAS) is a social service agency providing care and services for children and adults with cerebral palsy or multiple disabilities. Programmes and services include; early intervention, special education, therapy rehabilitation and clinics, day activity centre programmes, vocational training, and sheltered employment for over 800 children and adults.
In 1984, the Goodwill, Rehabilitation and Occupational Workshop (GROW) was set up as a sheltered workshop. Its objective was to provide vocational training and employment opportunities for adults with cerebral palsy.
